Vendor applications to the WoW Baltimore 2018 Marketplace

WOW includes a diverse program of keynote talks, performances, talks, debates, free music, a marketplace, exhibitions, workshops, speed-mentoring, networking opportunities and more.

The WOW marketplace consists of a limited number of individually selected vendors in our indoor market within MBK Gymnasium at Notre Dame of Maryland University. Stalls will either be providing information, raising awareness, showcasing work or have a retail opportunity.

The WOW Market will run
Saturday, April 28, 2018
10am and 3pm

    • We will provide a 6-foot table, 2 chairs and linens.
    • Stall must be manned during market hours.
    • Retail & Service spaces are available at a fee of $50 for the day. Nonprofit rates are $25 for the day. All vendor fees must be paid to Notre Dame of Maryland University in advance.
    • Fees for market space are non-refundable.

There are a limited number of merchant spaces available.

Submitting an application does not guarantee a merchant space. Our approval process will be based on a combination of application submission date and consideration will be given to creating a diverse and dynamic marketplace. We reserve the right to accept/reject applications based on number of already approved merchants in your category.

The first round of approvals will be sent/announced no later than February 16, 2018. Rolling approvals will continue weekly until marketplace is full.

If approved, you will receive a link to complete your payment with your approval email.
